Most calorie apps hand you one formula at signup and never revisit it. The number you see in week one is the number you see in week fifty, no matter what actually happened in between. EvrFit was built because that's the wrong shape for a problem that changes every week.
Every target, from your calories and protein to how hard a training day should push you, comes from your body, your goal and how active you are. It is never a guess.
Adjustments are small and gradual, and only happen once there's real history behind them. A single heavy weekend doesn't move your targets, and neither does a good mood.
And it's health data, so it's private by default and deletable on demand. That isn't a feature we're planning. It's how it already works.
