Week 1
Most calorie apps hand you one formula at signup and never revisit it.
Week 50
The number you see in week one is the number you see in week fifty, no matter what actually happened in between.
Counters stop at the number. EvrFit tells you what it means for you.
Food, sleep, movement, water, weight and medicines in one day, not six apps. A readiness score tells you how ready you are to train, and why.
Your plan starts from the cuisines and meals you already eat, not a menu you have to switch to.
Late dinners, short sleep, missed doses. Health Watch spots an unhealthy habit early and tells you why it matters. A pattern, not a diagnosis.
Every Monday EvrFit reviews what you actually did and writes the next week. Calories only move once there is real history behind it, and only in small steps.
Today shows where you are, Plan shows what was intended, Journal shows what happened, and Coach shows what to improve.

Fuel, Move, Water, Sleep, Weight and Meds sit side by side. Open any tile to log it or to see how it is going.

Meals and workouts for every day, with exact servings. Each meal says whether you ate it, ate something else, or it is still to come.

Tap a meal to see the plan beside the real thing: calories, protein, carbs, fibre and fat, and the difference in one sentence.

Food, water, sleep, medicines and workouts share one timeline. What is still to come waits below the now line, dashed, until you do it.

EvrFit finds the items, sizes the portions and matches the nutrition in about five seconds. You change any quantity before it is saved.

A readiness score every day, free. With Plus, a Monday review: what worked, what didn't and what to improve.
Your food target follows your day: rest days stay steady, and a workout adds a little room to fuel it.
Food by photo, text or catalog search, plus water, weight, workouts and medication — typed on the phone, or synced straight from Apple Health.
Your body, goal and workouts set today's calorie and protein target. It is never a guess.
The week that just finished is scored against your plan. Everyone gets next week's plan, and Plus adds a Monday review: what worked, what didn't and what to improve.
Once there is enough history, your calories shift by a small step, never a sudden jump. The next plan is ready every Monday, whether or not you opened the app.
Your day follows you from your phone to your wrist.
Four tabs: Today, Plan, Journal and Coach. Log in a few taps, with a photo, a sentence or a nutrition label.
Home Screen and Lock Screen widgets show calories left, water and what is next. Add a glass of water without opening the app.
Your Today on your wrist: fuel, move, water, sleep and medicines, with complications for calories left, water and your streak.
Reads activity, workouts, sleep and heart data, and writes your food, water, weight and workouts back. Optional, and yours to switch off.
Logging, your plan and a new plan every Monday cost nothing. Plus reads your week.

Prices are in US dollars. Your App Store shows the price in your own currency, with any local tax. Plus renews automatically every month or year, at the price shown, until you cancel. The free trial turns into a paid month or year unless you cancel at least 24 hours before it ends. Your Apple Account is charged, and you can cancel anytime in your Apple Account settings.
Lab reports are stored privately under your account and their text is read on your device. Only that text, with your conditions and medicines, goes to the AI to write a short summary. It is never used to train AI.
Delete your account, or reset your logs and plans while keeping your profile answers. Both are self-service, no support ticket. Daily logs clear themselves after 90 days, and food photos aren't kept.
You can start free. Logging, your plan, a new plan every Monday, Apple Health, reminders, widgets and the Apple Watch app are free. Plus adds a Monday review, Health Watch, planned versus eaten, a nutrition tip with every scan, and more scans.
$4.99 a month, or $29.99 a year (about $2.50 a month). Both plans start with a 7-day free trial. These are US prices; your App Store shows the price for your own country and currency. Cancel anytime in your Apple Account settings.
A counter stops at the number. EvrFit shows what the number means: a daily readiness score, a plan that follows your week, and, with Plus, a weekly review and early warnings about unhealthy habits.
A little, on purpose. When you complete a workout, part of what you burned is added to that day's food target so you can fuel it. Rest days add nothing.
Only what each feature needs. A plan uses your profile and recent logs. A scan uses the photo or text. A report uses its extracted text, along with your conditions and medicines. Requests go only to providers that don't keep your content beyond answering, and your content is never used to train AI. You agree to this once before you start.
No. EvrFit is a wellness tool, not a medical device, and it can't diagnose anything or give medical advice. Keep seeing your doctor, especially if you manage something like diabetes or blood pressure.
